Having worked with Robert on a number of occasions at Salesforce, I highly recommend his skills in managing his wider book of business, understanding and communicating customer needs and dealing with challenging internal and external pressures. Robert always stays cool under pressure, even when other around him (namely me) are finding that pressure difficult.
